This is a full time temporary position. If you get the job, then at the time of accepting it, you will have to enter into an employment agreement that will cover these and other areas:

  1. Your availability: You must be available for a six month employment period.
  2. Where you live: You must live in the house in Healdsburg, California provided by Murphy-Goode throughout the term of your employment.
  3. You must do your job.
  4. Employee paperwork: You'll have to sign forms and abide by Murphy-Goode's policies and procedures outlined in its Employment Handbook including, an at-will agreement, dispute resolution agreement, unlawful harassment policy and confidentiality agreement.
  5. Confidentiality: You must agree to maintain the confidentiality of trade secrets and things like that.
  6. Behavior: Enthusiasm is ok. Hooliganism, no.
  7. Alcohol Beverage Control: The alcoholic beverage industry is a highly regulated industry. We'll teach you the rules and laws that apply to your new position and you have to follow them.
  8. Work for Hire: That means that the stuff you create as our employee — like reports, diaries, blogs, related passwords, photos, and articles — belong to Murphy-Goode.
  9. This position does not come with medical, dental or other benefits.
