HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Create a 60 second video suitable for online viewing. (View more information on creating your video).
2. When your video is complete, return to the site and click on the Application Form link under Apply Now.
3. After you have filled out and submitted the online application - you will be directed to a web page to upload your video. Your completed video must be ready for uploading at that time.
4. That's it! The last day to submit your application and video is Friday, June 19, 2009.
